General Terms & Conditions

Mountain Pole Camp – General Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

Registration must be completed in writing through the website and is legal and binding even without the signature of the participant. By registering the registrant affirms for himself and for all other registered participants that they are aware of the general terms and conditions and accept them.

The minimum age is 18.

2. Fees

The fee schedule at the date of registration applies. The fees are understood as per person and will be stated in EUR. The price of participation includes the selected lodging (single-, double- or triple room), including full board with beverages (in the workshop area), the participation in all workshops as well as the use of all hotel areas.  Arrival and departure as well as other incidental services (e.g. alcoholic beverages, massages, purchases on-site, etc.) are not included.

No refund will be given if you start the “Mountain Pole Camp” late or leave early.

3. Terms of Payment

Within 2 working days of successful registration, each participant will be sent a billing statement by e-mail. The fees listed on the billing statement can be divided into 3 instalments. The first part (at least 25%) must be paid within 30 days of the billing date and the last part must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the camp start. If the fees are paid all at once they are due 30 days after the billing date.
Once the payment is successfully completed, each participant will receive a confirmation of payment received by e-mail.

4. Re-Booking / Cancellation / No-Show

If a participant is unable to participate in “Mountain Pole Camp” himself, he has the right to name a substitute participant up to seven days before the camp starts. Re-booking of this type is free of charge to the participant.

A participant may only cancel in writing and the amount of the cancellation fee will be determined by the date on which the notice of cancellation is given:

up to 60 days before start                          25 %

from 59 to 30 days before start                 50 %

29 or fewer days before start                    100 %

If a participant who was planning to share a room with others decides to cancel, the remaining participants will bear the added costs for the re-booking based on the room category (e.g. for a three-bed room to a double room).

If the participant has not checked in by 6:00 PM on the first day of the event, and has not notified us that he will be arriving late at least seven days before the camp starts, this will be treated as a "No-Show" and will result in the claim to the room for the entire duration of the stay being forfeit and a 100% cancellation fee being charged. This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

5. Changes / Cancellation of Event

Changes in the sequence, in the line-up as well as in the course schedule are possible at all times.

In the event that “Mountain Pole Camp” is cancelled, the sum already paid will be refunded to the participants within 4 weeks.

6. Copyrights and Use Rights of Photos and Video Recordings

Persons who are present during “Mountain Pole Camp” (participants as well as trainers) will be photographed and filmed. These recordings can be used for promotional purposes on the website, in flyers, newspaper reports and also on Facebook and other social media-channels. By registering the participants expressly give their consent to publication without compensation of any photos or film recordings made of them.

7. Liability

The participant is responsible for insurance. No liability will be accepted in the event of injuries or accidents. Participation in “Mountain Pole Camp” is entirely at your own risk. Any existing diseases, injuries or bodily complaints must be communicated to the trainers before the course starts. No liability will be accepted for theft or loss of personal property.

8. Data Security

Participants give their consent to the collection, processing and use of the personal data required to complete the business transaction and the sharing these data with the hotel. Participants can revoke this consent at any time. In this case the data will be deleted once the business transaction has been completely processed.

9. Court of Jurisdiction

These GTCs are subject to the laws of Liechtenstein. The court of jurisdiction is Vaduz.
